The waste heat power station adopts the steam supplement and condensing turbine generator set provided by Hangzhou Turbine Group, one of the leading suppliers of large thermal power and drive units in the domestic industry. The maximum output power of the unit is 12460kW per hour, and the maximum annual power generation is 99.68 million kWh. In addition to meeting the production and living electricity of the company, nearly one third of the electricity can be sold on the grid.

The unit is equipped with high-precision and sophisticated regulating system, and its speed control standard reaches NEMA (American Institute of Electrical Engineers Standard) D grade accuracy (the highest level); second, it has independent skid-mounted lubricating oil station and regulating oil station, which is convenient to use and manage after commissioning; third, it has passed the high-speed dynamic balance test of 115% rated speed of rotor high-speed dynamic balance test bench imported from Germany, and the strength and vibration of rotor and blade meet the assessment standard.
