Crushing carbon carbonization section adopts internal heat horizontal fire channel vertical furnace, which is the largest single-hole furnace type in China at present, with high thermal efficiency, large production capacity, flexible adjustment of heating temperature, low top temperature, high tar yield and so on.The furnace is equipped with controllable temperature measuring equipment, and the product quality is stable.

Coal charging and coke quenching of the furnace adopts continuous mechanized production technology, in which coal charging adopts double-bin double-layer intelligentelectro-hydraulic roller valve for coal supply, coke quenching adopts low moisture steam quenching in closed environment, and hasthe characteristics of high automation degree and comfortable operating environment.

Gas purification in production process adopts cooling technology of cold air circulating water between direct cooling tower and transverse pipe, which accords withthe technological characteristics of recovering coal tar from lump coal carbonization.

Ammonia water and tar produced are stored in sealed tanks, and VOC pollution treatment system is set up, sothe environmental pollution is small in the production process.

The unit has high automation degree, and the production process is all controlled by DCS, which effectively reduces the number of operatorsand improves economic benefits.
